Information you provide us: we receive and store information you enter on our website or give us in any other way. We use the information that you provide to reserve a room, process on-line purchase transactions, to reply to or take actions in response to your enquiries or requests, and to customize our services to your preferences. We also use such information for statistical and analysis purposes, to communicate news and promotions to you relating to Hotel Calle Mayor products and services and other products and services we think may be of interest to you, and otherwise communicating with you by email, mail, fax, phone or other means. We may also use such information as may be required to comply with applicable local laws.
Personal data you provided on behalf of another person: if you are entering data on behalf of another person, you warrant to us that you are authorised by that person to enter their personal data onto our system, and that the information is accurate and correct.
E-mail communications: if you provide us with your email address, we may email you promotional and marketing materials. We provide you with the option not to receive such promotional and marketing materials in each email sent to you. If you do not wish to receive such material, you may notify us by contacting our Data Privacy Officer at ferjalsa@hotelcallemayor.com. You will also receive an auto-generated e-mail confirmation when making a reservation on the Internet for stays at our hotel and occasionally from our reservation department for inquiries related to a booking you have made for any of our services and products.
Age limitations: Hotel Calle Mayor does not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from our websites from any person we actually know is a person under the age of 18. We may collect information from persons under the age of 18 as part of the guest registration process, but always with the consent of such person’s parent or guardian.

The data that we collect from you will be safely retain for as long as it is necessary to serve its purpose, or as required by relevant laws.
The protection of your personal data is very important to us. BOOKING TERMS AND CONDITIONS

The HOTEL CALLE MAYOR terms and conditions set out below apply to all bookings made through this website. Ferjalsa SL is a company registered in Spain (CIF B26363416) whose registered office is at Maderuelo 17, 26141 Alberite, La Rioja, Spain.

PRICING:
All prices shown online are per room per night (unless otherwise stated). Prices are subject to Value Added Tax at the current prevailing rate and local tourism levies, if applicable.
Prices are subject to change without notice. However, your price is guaranteed once you receive a booking confirmation. For the avoidance of doubt, prices do not include any incidental charges, which you may incur during your stay (including, for example, in respect of your use of the hotel's bar and mini-bar facilities and the costs of external telephone calls from your room). Such charges will be payable by you on your departure and, in the event that you fail to pay any such incidental charges, it is a condition of your contract with us that you irrevocably authorize us to debit your credit or debit card (see 'Deposits and Pre-payments' below) for the amount of any shortfall.
The prices shown online are not valid in conjunction with any other offer and, until you have received your confirmation number.

AVAILABILITY:
Availability of rooms at the rates shown online may be limited and/or restricted to certain periods.

CHILDREN:
Children under the age of 3 can stay free of charge at our hotel, when sharing a room with two paying adults where a suitable room is available. Cots are free of charge. Children from the ages of 3 to 10 will be charged a supplement per child per night for bed & breakfast. Children under 10 staying al the Hotel must be accompanied by an adult and must be supervised by an adult at all times. Availability of suitable rooms is limited and portable beds may need to be used where such accommodation is sought. The hotel will determine whether a room is suitable for the purpose of this offer.

GUESTS WITH IMPAIRED MOBILITY:
The hotel endeavors to offer the same high quality facilities to our less able bodied guests. Where possible, ramps and lifts in public areas. Please check with the hotel if you have any special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.

PARKING:
For information on parking availability and charges, please contact the hotel directly. Cars and their contents are left at the owner’s/customer’s own risk. We do not accept responsibility for loss or damage (save as may not be excluded or restricted by applicable law).

GUEST BEHAVIOR:
Guests are requested to conduct themselves appropriately at all times and to comply with Company procedures and/or requests with regard to conduct and respect for the property of the Hotel, its employees and guests and their health and safety.  Guests are requested not to disrupt the comfort and enjoyment of other guests, the smooth running of the Hotel, or cause offence to other guests or our members of staff.  We reserve the right to refuse accommodation or services or remove you and members of your party from the Hotel if, in our reasonable opinion, we consider this provision to have been breached. Where this is the case shall have no obligation to refund you for lost accommodation, other services or any other loss or expense incurred.

SMOKING:
Please note that the hotel is fully non smoking.. No obstante, contamos con un patio exterior adaptado para fumadores.

ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE:
In the interests of security and to prevent fraud, at the time of check-in, guests may be required to confirm their identity by providing their booking reference and their passport/identity card/driving license.  These records will be kept for at least 12 months and may be disclosed or made available for inspection by any police officer or as otherwise required by applicable law in connection with the prevention or investigation of crime.  The information above may be requested for each member of your party over the age of 18 and we reserve the right to refuse entry to persons who cannot provide the information set out above.
We will do our best to have the Hotel rooms available from 2pm on the day of arrival. Rooms must be vacated by 12 noon on the day of departure, unless otherwise stated as part of your booking.

DEPOSITS AND PRE-PAYMENTS:
Deposits and pre-payments are not required for most of the rates featured online. However, you will be asked to guarantee your booking with a valid credit card. Our billing system will test the validity of the credit card by charging a minimum amount that will be returned immediately. Payment is taken on departure or in the event of cancellation otherwise than in accordance with our cancellation terms. See 'Cancellations and Amendments' below for details on cancellations.
We accept all major credit cards, including MasterCard, Visa and American Express. We do not accept cheques drawn from bank account.

CANCELLATIONS AND AMENDMENTS:
All cancellations must be made in accordance with our cancellation terms.
Bookings
- Booking cancellations must be made at least 3 full days before the scheduled check-in date to avoid cancellation penalties.
- In case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- For early check-out, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.
Group bookings
For group bookings there is a different cancellation policy.
- Reservations of 3 rooms and more you will have a released period free of charge, after that you will be charged a non-refundable deposit. The deposit will be deducted from the invoice at check out.
- Booking cancellations must be made at least 15* full days before the scheduled check-in date to avoid cancellation penalties. (*According to the number of rooms/days reserved)
- In case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- For early check-out, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.
Experiences
- If you book a “experience” you can cancel up to 15 days before the start of the stay and receive a 100% refund.
- In case of no-show, 100% of the total price of the reservation will be charged.
- For early check-out, you are responsible for the entire reservation and will be charged 100% of the total price of the reservation.

If you made your booking with a third party website you will have to contact that company directly, as reservations team here in the hotel are not permitted to cancel, amend or change third party.
Whilst every effort is made to fulfill any particular requests which you may have in relation to your stay with us, we cannot unfortunately guarantee that we will be able to meet any particular requests which you may make and our failure in this regard will not constitute a breach of contract.
In the unlikely event that we have to change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. However, you have the right to:
- Accept the changed arrangements as notified; or
- Make alternative arrangements with us; or
- Cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies which you have paid to us in respect of your reservation (please note that we shall not be liable for any sums which you have paid to any other persons in connection with your reservation).
For the avoidance of doubt, we shall have no further liability to you for any changes to or the cancellation of any online booking.

DAMAGE:
We reserve the right and you hereby authorize us to charge your credit or debit card for any damage incurred to your room or the Hotel during your stay (including without limitation specialist cleaning) or for any items that are missing when you leave.

COMPLAINTS OR COMMENTS:
We take our guest satisfaction very seriously. Any complaint or comment regarding a stay at our hotels should be made in the first instance to the hotel's duty manager at the time of your stay so that we can attempt to resolve it immediately.
Problems which cannot be resolved there and then should be notified in writing to Managing Director, Marques de San Nicolás 71, Logroño 26141, La Rioja, Spain.

GENERAL INFORMATION:
Although every effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the information contained online, we cannot accept responsibility for any errors or omissions, and reserve the right to vary, amend, supplement or cancel any of the information or offers featured online at any time.
Subject to the paragraph immediately below, we shall not be liable to you for any loss or damage in circumstances where:
- There is no breach of a legal duty owed to you by us or by our employees or agents.
- Such loss or damage is not a reasonably foreseeable result of any such breach.
- Any increase in loss or damage resulting from breach by you of any term of our contract.
- Any loss is in excess of three times the fee payable in respect of your stay
Nothing in these terms and conditions excludes or limits our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or fraudulent misrepresentation.
